I went for an easy 3 mile run today as preparation for my half-marathon training that starts next week. Wednesday I have a meeting with the training program to learn the program, where we’ll meet, and other things like that. Then our first group run is next Saturday. If I had to guess, it’s going to be a 4 mile run.
My plan for the next three months is to run Tuesdays, Thrusdays, and Saturdays and then do weights and the bike on Mondays, Wednesdays, adn Fridays. Sundays will be my rest day (and probably the day Alan goes for a ride). I’m looking forward to seeing how the weights and bike impact my running. Hopefully it will be a positive impact!
