I survived the first full day of Insantiy. It was the plyometric cardio routine and it was pretty intense. I wore my heart rate monitor which I think benefitted me greatly. It beeped whenever I got out of my target zone. When it started beeping at me, I took a break. I was able to recover quickly, which shows my heart is still pretty fit. This HRM helped me push myself without overdoing it. We’ll see how my body feels tomorrow!
As a result of wearing the HRM I know how many calories I burned. 380!!!!
